Since it’s cold and rainy here in GA, I think that calls for some chicken & dumplings
Here’s the recipe
2 cans cream of chicken
3-4 boneless chicken breast
1 can of chicken broth
1 can biscuits (8 count)
Salt & pepper
Put chicken breast in crockpot
Pour cream of chickens, chicken broth and add salt & pepper on top
Cook on high for 3 hrs
Once you see chicken is done, shred it
Flatten the biscuits with hand, cut into 4 squares and mix them in flour. One by one drop into crockpot. Cook on high for another hour or so until they are done. Stir & serve
